Nicaragua SHGÂ is a coffee that comes from the Jinotega region which is the largest coffee region in Nicaragua. It was processed at the Diam Mill in Matagalpa and was sourced from buying stations in Matagalpa, Jinotega and Boaco. It is a Strictly High Grown coffee, meaning that the coffee was grown at high altitudes, which allows the bean to develop slower, resulting in a denser high quality bean.
