Tawny Port, Coquito and Espresso

We made a new drink on Christmas and did not like it. The original recipe called for 2 shots of Tawny Port, 2 shots of Cold Brew and 1 shot of Irish Creme. We didn’t have the Irish Creme and I honestly forgot there was cold brew in the fridge. Coquito is kinda like Egg Nog but made with Rum. That’s the best way to describe it. We make it from scratch and we go heavy on the rum and spices.

Either way I did not like it! The ingredients just didn’t jell correctly. I added more ice to see if I chilled it more but it still just not right.
